II. Rights of users and data subjects

Regarding the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to:

  • correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);

Users and data subjects also have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to the future processing of their data, provided that the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permitted.

III. Information on data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary and no other statements are made regarding individual processing procedures below.

Cookie Manager

To obtain consent for the use of non-essential cookies on the website, the provider uses a cookie manager. When the website is accessed, a cookie with the consent information is stored on the user’s device so that the query regarding consent does not have to be repeated on future visits. This cookie is required to obtain legally compliant user consent. Users can prevent or stop the installation of cookies via their browser settings.

Contact Requests / Contact Options

If you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your request. Providing the data is necessary to process and respond to your request – without it, we cannot or can only partially respond to your inquiry.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully resolved and there are no legal retention obligations, such as in the context of a subsequent contract.

Server Data

For technical reasons, especially to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web space provider. These server log files include the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our site (referrer URL), the pages on our website you visit, the date and time of access, and the IP address of the internet connection used.

This data is temporarily stored, but not together with other personal data. The legal basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving, maintaining stability, functionality, and security of our website. The data will be deleted after no more than seven days, unless further storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In this case, data is exempt from deletion until the incident is fully clarified.

Contract Execution

Data submitted by users to use our goods and/or services is processed for contract execution and is necessary for this purpose. Without this data, contract conclusion and execution are not possible. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. We delete the data once the contract is fully executed, subject to tax and commercial law retention periods.

As part of contract execution, we pass on user data to shipping companies or financial service providers if necessary for delivery or payment processing. The legal basis for data sharing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google.”

The Google Analytics service is used to analyze the usage behavior of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our website.

Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time, or frequency of visits to our website, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. This function shortens the IP address within the EU or EEA.

The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of visits to our website and the user activities there. This data may also be used to provide additional services related to the use of our website and the use of the internet.

Google states that it will not link your IP address to other data. Furthermore, Google provides further information on data protection at

https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners

, including information on how to prevent data usage.

Google also offers a so-called deactivation add-on with further information at

https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/google-analytics-opt-out/fllaojicojecljbmefodhfapmkghcbnh?hl=en

. This add-on can be installed with common internet browsers and offers you further control over the data Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on tells the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) that information about your visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analysis services. Whether and which other web analysis services we use can of course also be found in this privacy policy.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistical tools and other technologies on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, stores cookies, or perform independent analyses. It is used solely to manage and display the tools integrated through it. However, Google Tag Manager records your IP address, which may also be transmitted to Google’s parent company in the United States.

Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the quick and uncomplicated integration and management of various tools on their website. If consent has been requested, processing will be carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
